Chrillsims3 

Okey... the year 2011 have been an important year for Chrillsims3... i started up the year with my biggest house i have ever done Caroba 58... 15 March did Chrillsims3 his first Community lot ever... called "Chrilles Bar"...on 2011 I have build on almost every neighbourhood that was avaible for the moment... in August did Chrillsims3 complete the Teamtag challenge with Luigirules... at the same time me, the real Chrillsims3 did move to a new apartment... in September created Chrillsims3 the famous Wropic 60 house and become a big succes...with this house i became a featured member on The sims website which was a really big step for me... wropic has the record and have over 36 000 downloads...In october Chrillsims3 started is second channel CjSimmers and created one of my best houses called Choco Farm 5. The last house was Asian Dreams and was my first asian themed house i have done... so 2011 was a big step for Chrillsims3.  

Chrillsims3 first asian styled house house, with much inspiration from Asia ofcourse. perfect family house for 2 parents and one baby. and the garden it self is huge, big and very advanced design, and also with a waterfall aswell. This house is a Lovely place if you just want to relax...this is Chrillsims3 best garden of all time...

Choco Farm 5 is Chrillsims3 first Ranch/Farm made in The sims 3...so this house is perfect if you have horses in your family... this is also one big Family house for up to 5 Sims, the house have a big pool on the backyard and also a big nice barn, this house is one of my best houses... so yes! i recommend you to download it you must have pets the expansion pack and enjoy!

Prexus is a nice big modern mansion.. and that thing that make this house so special is the build in under-house-pool that looks amazing from the garden and with one of my best interior design yet you feel home already when your sims walks into the door.. 

Piwos 32 is a lovely little place for your familes to live in, with the nice thouch of modern style but also that nice, cozy, warm feeling that you get when you are at home... piwos 32 is the place for you. one of chrillsims3 unfamous houses... but a very nice house to play in.

Famson 70 is a perfect nice medium sized family house with a unique antique styled design... the house is buildt on a 40x40 lotand are just outside the town in Hidden springs. This was my first house video on my second channel Cjsimmers... the roof i something new and advanced design... but what i like most with this house is the nice big kitchen.

Nice medium sized house, with Modern/wooden/nature styled theme perfect for your sims that love to relax and like outdoors.. this house is placed on 40 x 40 lot... and is the most succesful house i have done so far with over 36 000 downloads just on the sims exchange... this house have been featured on the exchange and i recommed you download it aswell.

a cozy, big apartment with a lovely small garden, also perfect for your big sim family, this apartment have 3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms...this is Chrillsims3 first apartment ever done... so you need Late night the expansion pack to download this apartment... this is also a luxury apartment so your sims need to be rich. enjoy!

a big house for the big family it have a nice big garden with a pool for your sims to swim in... This is Chrillsims3 Tagteam challange house with Luigirules and it turned out to be perfect... this house have a suburban design and it look really nice in your game in Sunset Valley.

a medium sized family house, with a huge pool and cool unique extrior design. a perfect choise for a family with a normal budget.. a huge lovely family mansion with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.. if you sims are rich this is the perfect house for you.. Premactra 22 is the most succesful house video from me, Chrillsims3 year 2011. Premactra 22 have ofcourse a big beatiful garden with a playground if you have young kids in your family. enjoy!

this lovely nice family house is placed just outside the city on sunset valley with a nice big garden and a big pool. The house is two stories high and are perfect for you family up to 4 sims. and when it comes to interior you sims will feel home pretty fast, with the big open livingroom and nice colour that fits the house theme perfect.

Chrillsims3 first ever been made community lot, and this is what you can do here: the bar serves ice cold drinks, relax in the hot tub, eat something from the Cafe and the best of all... meet new sims. this is the night club your sims want to have... enjoy!
