Dramoine 11 is a big nice modern manision just a little bit out of the city in sunset valley, with a double garage with also a parking lot on the same lot so it is good if you have many sims living it this wonderful house and want transport to the city very fast.

the house have also a big, large pool just beside the house and is perfect for you kids sims to swim in and also, just near the pool youself can relax in the big hottub...

the house have also a hairdresser if your sims are intressed in that... a large garden with fountains and other cool stuff. and when you come inside the house you will notice the big open area there your sims will spend the most time when the sim dont have to go to work... because your sims needs a job for pay the bills, and the bills are expensive because of this huge mansion that most only rich sims live in. enjoy

if you like big homes this is perfect for you, myself i love to play in big houses, this house have been tested and it works very fine.. and also i want to say that i love this picture that are on the right side of this text... when your sims can walk under your house... very cool... maybe one of my best garden yet, but that i say all the time.
